West Bay condo in Estero

The owner wanted an elegant and relaxed atmosphere to showcase his tasteful collection of rugs, art and period furniture.  The colors and finishes chosen helped to accomplish that request.  Deep grey walls added a warm feeling to the two story entry hall leading to the living area of the condo.  The main rooms are painted a pale grey blue to add a soft accent to the artwork without conflicting with any of the art.  The wood grained tile flooring lends a timeless finish for the fabulous rug collection the owner brought with him from his northern home.  The grand 90 inch round mahogany dining room table with Chippendale Chairs gives a stated elegance and flow to the great room with wheat colored linen chairs and sofa.  A heirloom rug and pine breakfront flank the room and bring together the details in the carved Heckman side tables.  The fixtures of wood, brass and silver allow all the finishes to glimmer with a soft patina of colors to the furniture and finishes.  A bright red den complete with Equestrian artwork and a hounds tooth sofa make a great place to relax with a book. The bedrooms are finished with their own themes and the master bedroom is stunning with its navy blue walls, poster bed, artwork and collectable artifacts.  Color is no stranger to this timeless interior with a feeling or warmth and invitation
